3-D Magic For The Little Ones!

Help me give my students the experience clay and paper mache for the younger students. The process of building with materials and seeing their pieces come to life in a three-dimensional form is such a wonderful experience!

My Project

Our school is a multicultural school with many English Language Learners. The community is a low income neighborhood with many new immigrant families and bilingual households. Free breakfast and lunch is provided to all students. Even with these challenges, our students continue to strive, to learn and explore their education.

Almost all students like to get their hands messy with paint, glue or clay!

The young ones, are eager and display a great passion for building, whether it be clay, papier-mâché or cardboard. I would love the children to experience the magic of clay, the process of building with an organic material and seeing their pieces come to life with the firing of their art pieces!

Giving children opportunities they normally would not experience is a gift we adults are able to pay forward! I hope I am able to pass the gifts freely given to me on to all my students!
