This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Giving our second graders a chance to experience a great year will help while being comfortable and excited to learn in a safe environment in their classroom. Relaxing while reading, taking a break when frustrated on the comfortable rugs and maybe having a snack when their stomach is growling will help to continue their day without huge distractions. Our students are amazing and they are ready to experience the day of learning and making it fun. This year will bring laughter and much joy, and we are ready for it.
