My Students

How can you possibly give every child a turn in a day with one piece of technology in a classroom? Utilizing all periods of the day there still isn't enough time. To fix this problem would be asking for more technology in the classroom. Please help us reach every child in the classroom.

My students have very diverse needs like all classrooms.

Many students are far below grade level standards in both Literacy and Math. Small group instruction is the necessary key to moving the students on the right track. Some students become discouraged when grade level curriculum is expected to be completed independently. This is why using diverse centers in classroom aid in helping to reach all the students needs.

My Project

By donating an Apple iPad mini and protective case will allow the students opportunities to reach individual goals. The students will be able to read along with stories to practice fluency, comprehension, and build stamina. Students will gain confidence and increase their Literacy strategies. The Apple iPad mini applications will aid as well in math for practice with repetitions of concepts, addition and subtraction drills and self assessments. Students will benefit during center time with an additional tool in the classroom.

I'm positive that donating an Apple iPad mini and protective case will help me reach each student as well as engage them.

The students will use technology and work on individual goals and increase benchmark goals.
