My Project
Developing leaders in our post COVID-19 classroom can be challenging. This classroom set of books, "The Twin Thieves", will allow my students to analyze and discuss ways to overcome the fear of failure and the fear of judgement in their own lives. My goal is to create a safe environment for all students to grow and learn. This book, along with interactive lessons and activities, will foster conversations and opportunities for leadership development. Students can interact with each other through activities such as card sorts, presentations, time-lines and other activities where cardstock, notecards and lamination would be beneficial. Continuing this practice throughout the school year will help prepare my students for their next task ahead, whether that is a pathway to a career or college.
