Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The use of chair organizers will be a welcome addition to my classroom. Students are required to use scissors, crayons, paper, and textbooks to complete an activity in math or science daily. Using the chair organizers will help my students get organized and ready for college. They will have everything they need at their fingertip. The chair organizers will also allow me to see who needs supplies and provide refills of items they are running out of.

I will not have to pick up pencils, crayons, or paper off the floor because everything will be in one location.

I have multiple class blocks and each group scrambling for supplies will be eliminated because each block will have supplies hanging from the chair at thru disposal. Even though they are great about getting up and picking up supplies they need. Everything will be close and that will eliminate the playing around as they go to get supplies. By having chair organizers, students will be able to store all of their books and personal belonging in one location!
