Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a high school business and marketing teacher. As part of this class we complete many group and individual projects throughout the school year.

I have seen over the past two school years that most of my students are in need of many classroom essentials to complete our class assignments and projects.

I have seen that project/art supplies are usually what my students need the most for these assignments. The ability to have classroom sets of colored pencils, markers, whiteboard markers, colored paper and glue sticks will take this stress off of my students. For example, we will be using these supplies to create posters and different examples of advertisements and marketing strategies.

I have also seen that as the year goes on many students are in need of school essentials such as pencils and paper.
