Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a first year teacher starting in the middle of the year, getting supplies is hard especially in a school where funding is limited. I would love to be able to customize my room and make it more appealing for my kids so that they feel welcomed and comfortable. These supplies will last me until the coming year so that I won't have to use up all of my budget and to avoid having to pay out of pocket. My kids have had a hard year with the change of teachers and have not be able to call anything their own. Having supplies to make arts and crafts and other projects is one of the many ways that making learning engaging and interesting.

To any donor that is able to help my classroom and students, know that this will not only provide students with new resources but make their learning space comfortable and welcoming!
