Our school is an amazing Philadelphia public school with an incredible student body, staff, and community.
Despite the disadvantages at hand that many of our students face, they love to dig deeper in important and challenging literature!
Our teachers are committed to the belief that all children can reach their maximum potential when challenged with rigorous instruction
My Project
My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! In this age of teaching online, there are many challenges. They come to school or get online each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically.
Many students in my classroom come in saying they have difficulty completing practice assignments at home because of lack of supplies and resources.
I want our classroom library to encompass a variety of books to expose them to a variety of cultures.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
