This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These math games and supplies help build their understanding of the relations between numbers and quantities. All of these different math games and supplies help keep learning fun for my first grade students as well as help them with basic everyday life skills.
Math games also encourage my students to be self-directed learners.
They learn these math skills along with confidence in their own selves and their own abilities. Plus all my first grade students can develop self-awareness, social awareness, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making skills as well as so many more!
