Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing. They love to learn, be challenged, and create new and amazing things. They love to dance and act silly as much as they love to learn.

They really are gold and deserve so much.

I know that these new materials can help me help them and challenge them and tap into their creativity while learning and having fun.

My Project

I wish you could meet my amazing students. They are young, bright, and eager to learn. The only downfall is that we do not have enough STEM materials to challenge them in a new and fun way. As teachers, we do whatever we do to help our children and to make sure that they are challenged and engaged with what they are doing but, we also need certain materials to challenge our children. Things get old, damaged, and unfortunately most of the time we do not have the funds to replace them.

These materials will challenge my kids in way that will require them to think more creatively.

I want them to engage with materials that make them think outside of the box and also keep them falling in love with learning. I know that my students would be so happy and appreciative, as would my fellow teachers in the room and I, to receive funds to make 107's Big Dream come true.
