My Students

At MLCPA, we strive to encourage our students to develop a love for literature and language. We are filled with joy when we see them walking across campus with a book in their hands!

Our students are hard-working, driven young men from a variety of backgrounds and ethnicities; their goal is to be the change this world needs!

They are curious learners and critical thinkers who have bright futures ahead of them. Despite all the struggles they experienced during the pandemic, they're still eager to continue their academic journey.

My Project

Now that we're back to in-person learning, my students need to get back to reading words on a page instead of staring at a screen all day! Engaging yet informational and thought-provoking magazines will help bridge the gap between hours of video games they played at home during quarantine and dissecting Shakespeare in the classroom. With captivating photos and topics that connect with their personal interests, these magazines will help engage even the most reluctant of readers. Please help me reinvigorate their love of words on the page instead of moving parts on a screen!
