Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a school nurse, this project can make a difference for my students. It aims to support students in grades preschool through first grade who do not have a change of clothing available when they experience toileting accidents or spills. By providing a supply of clean, appropriate clothing, the initiative ensures that students can quickly change and return to learning without discomfort or embarrassment. The project involves collecting donations of clothing , organizing storage for easy access, and coordinating with staff to distribute the items as needed. This effort promotes student dignity, hygiene, and uninterrupted participation in school activities.
