Help Mrs. T.

I teach Kindergarten in a Title I, impoverished school area. Our school is made up of children who do not have resources at home to help them learn. Many of their parents did not complete high school.

My students are learning to read and form words. They need manipulatives in order to help them turn learning into fun as well as fun into learning.

I have chosen many games and hands-on activities that will help reinforce my lessons to my students. Studies show that children retain more when they are provided with hands-on learning. These materials will provide that for them.

Your help will provide my students with a firm foundation of support to begin their school lives. This will help them become life-long learners.
