  • Interactive Resources to Engage 21st Century Learners

    Funded Oct 24, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donation toward purchasing additional classroom resources through Teachers Pay Teachers. Your support made it possible to bring creative, high-quality materials into our learning environment—resources that directly engaged students and added meaningful variety to their day-to-day experiences.

These materials not only enriched instruction but also inspired our teaching team to think outside the box and try new approaches. Thanks to you, our classrooms became more dynamic, inclusive, and responsive to the unique needs of our students. We are truly grateful for your contribution and the positive impact it has made.”

    With gratitude,

  • Reading in Preschool

    Funded May 5, 2022

Thank you so much for your donation! We are extremely grateful for the impact and difference you made in our classroom. Students were able to practice and learn their letters and fun ways. Some of our students were able to learn how to read! Our Librray area and our literacy activities have bee more fun and interactive. This project has helped us focuses on developing emergent literacy, which is the foundational knowledge, skills, and attitudes that support later reading and writing development which includes learning about sounds, words, and language, often through everyday activities like reading, singing, talking, and playing games.”

  • Pencil Me In!

    Funded May 5, 2022

Using rewards for reading goals in 5th grade can be an effective way to boost motivation and build consistent reading habits, especially among reluctant readers. When implemented thoughtfully, rewards help students set and achieve goals, build confidence, and associate reading with positive reinforcement. Our students were able to increase their scores and this was evident by their state test data.

Students also enjoyed publishing their writing and showed much more pride in their writing because they had fun! Thank you again!”

  • Back to School Basics 2

    Funded Nov 30, 2022

Thank you for your generous donation to my classroom. I love having all the necessary materials available to my students so they can come to class and participate, regardless of what is happening outside of school. You might be surprised how many students come to school without a pencil, but in my classroom, I always have extra, thanks to you.

I keep these materials organized in my classroom for projects and assignments. My colleagues often come by to borrow these supplies as well, so they are reaching many more students than anticipated. The best part about it for me, is how well the students care for the supplies, which really extends the life of the materials.

My students and I appreciate your support of our classroom. Thank you,”

  • Resource Room Reading Materials

    Funded Sep 19, 2024

Thank you for your patronage to help support our learners and readers in this resource classroom! Having these tools has helped me in providing differentiated work with more ease and we will also be able to reuse these teacher-made materials until next year or longer. Again, thank you so much for supporting our struggling readers as we continue to help them help themselves not just in academics but with their self-esteem and basic life skills. You guys are awesome! Now they can use their spelling trays and folders as they learn and build on their reading and writing skills.”

  • Ordinary Supplies for an Extra Ordinary Year

    Funded Jul 9, 2024

The most impactful resource of the project was the phone caddy where students now house their phones. It has helped students immensely to stay on task and focused in class. While students were not initially happy with the phone caddy, they have now gotten used to it and understand how their phones affect how they engage in class. Additionally, the phone caddy has been such a hit, that other teachers at my school have been inspired to do the same.

The second most impactful resource were the folders where students house all their various assignments and projects. Not only have the folders allowed students to be organized but they also demonstrate their creativity and individuality by decorating their folder to highlight who they are. What I love about the folders is that they also me as a teacher to get to know students, especially those that are on the quieter side.

Lastly, the pencils and pencil erasers give the opportunity for each and every student have the most basic access to materials needed in class. With these resources, I have seen at least 99% of students engage in activities because they have the materials to do so. I am so appreciative for all the support on this project as it has greatly enhanced student learning in my classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Casissa

  • Middle School RSP Calm Corner

    Funded Jul 19, 2024

I'm thrilled to share how our students have embraced the Calm Area! They were eager to explore and utilize the resources when they saw the cozy corner. The initial reaction was a mix of excitement and curiosity, with comments like "This is so cool!" and "I need to relax here!"

One specific classroom project that has benefited from the Calm Area is our "Self-Regulation Stations" activity. Students rotate through various stations, each focusing on calming techniques, such as deep breathing, visualization, or mindfulness coloring. The Calm Area materials have become an integral part of this project, providing a peaceful space for students to practice these skills.

    Next steps include:

    - Integrating the Calm Area into our daily routine, allowing students to access the space as needed

    - Expanding our self-regulation activities to include more mindfulness exercises and group discussions

    - Encouraging students to design and lead their calming activities for their peers

Your investment in our students' emotional well-being demonstrates your commitment to their overall success. We appreciate your trust in our school and dedication to enhancing the educational experience.

Thank you for making a positive difference in the lives of our students.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Melissa

Thank you for contributing to our classroom! We are so thankful for your donation and continued investment in my student's future. It is so vital that our students have access to materials that help them complete the grade-level standards.

  • Our Classroom Happy Space!

    Funded Dec 19, 2023

I have a very grateful heart at your generosity. My students are joyful that they can now sit together on the carpet.

They love choosing their own dot to sit on for storytime and large group activities. The children are very careful to not get mud on the carpet after recess!

I feel good when they can sit and read a big book on it because it is clean. Our old carpet was not, and their carpet time was significantly reduced because of it. Now, I can call the students to the carpet and not worry about germs.

Your donation has had a big impact on me and the children. We now have options for seating and an area to gather together as one because of you!”

    Mrs. Eder
