  • Calculators Desperately Seeking Batteries

    Thank you!  The batteries that you donated arrived in time for the big state test.  My students were now on the same playing field as other students taking the state test.

    But it is what we have been able to do on a daily basis.  The students have been able to learn some very complicated algebra and statistics using the calculators.  It has been a joy watching the students work with the calculators and to see the look of self-satisfaction when they have been able to complete a task.

    If it was not for your generosity none of this would have been possible.  Needing batteries seems like a simple thing, but it had a major impact on my students.  Thank you so much.

  • Playground Equipment for Pre-K!!

    I cannot thank you enough for all of your generous donations. Your ability to understand how important it is for my students to be able to have things to play with at recess is amazing. They have genuinely enjoyed using the basketball net and bikes on our school playground. It has kept down the amount of fights and arguments between students because they were too busy playing with each other.

    They have learned how to share and work together by using these great toys. The bikes have also helped our students with learning how to work their gross motor muscles and tied in perfectly with our nutrition unit. Thank you again for all of your donations it has truly made a difference for our students. ”
