Thinking big about who you are and what you offer the world means giving to others today. Thank you for contributing!
- Michael Port
Thank you for your donation for our school library. Many of the students are excited about business, and how they can create business opportunities for themselves. Your donation will give them insight on businesspeople and the challenges they have faced. Without your support, we would not have these resources available for the entrepreneurship program. Thanks again for your wonderful gift”
The students are excited about the opportunity to have the technology available in the classroom as a learning tool, and have been asking about the status of my request. It will be an early Christmas gift to them all when I tell them that it is scheduled to be delivered shortly after the New Year!
Computer Literacy is so important today, and your generosity will help my students at Central High in Bridgeport bridge the gap between themselves and their counterparts in the suburbs, as they prepare for college.
You have made a difference, and we thank you for it!
Thank you so much for your donation! My students love Roald Dahl, and The Witches is one of my absolute favorite books. I cannot wait to tell them tomorrow that we will soon be reading this magical tale. Even more exciting will be when they find out that they EACH will receive a copy! This Thanksgiving we truly have something for which to be thankful”
Thank you very much for funding my books. My children will be very excited to see some of these books in our classroom library. They will be so excited to get to read them. I can't tell you how amazing this is that you have taken your time to read my grant. I really appreciate you funding my grant”
Thank you so much for providing my students with books to appropriately challenge them! I appreciate you supporting my students' love of books and their education! I eagerly await the arrival of these new books. Thank you again, for helping my students.
I greatly appreciate your generosity in funding our project. The students will greatly enjoy their bean bags and will enjoy their new reading area that we are going to create with the rug, bean bags, and baskets.
Our library at this moment is unattractive and not appealing. Teachers many times motivate students with incentives so they do their work. These bean bags will serve as a great incentive to motivate to do their homework and read.
Students will also enjoy taking part in creating a beautiful inviting reading area as they will use their creativity so others can enjoy it.
This is perfect timing! My new batch of first graders are just getting ready for the Writing Process of creating a brainstorm, writing a rough draft, editing and revising with me, and finishing a final draft. These books were selected to provide good examples of writing traits like voice, fluency, and word choice during writing lessons. The students will be so excited, and I am thrilled to be receiving these to enhance my lessons and the students' learning. Thank you so much”
Thank you so much for funding my grant. I truly appreciate it and my students will also. Hans Wilhelm writes wonderful books with inspirational messages. They are sure to help excite my Learning Disabled students to want to read.
Thank you so much for funding my project and helping to make reading and literacy a reality in our classroom. My students and I are extremely excited about all of the books and center ideas that we will be receiving. This donation will provide many hours of enjoyment - not only to my students this year, but for many years to come. Thank you again for assisting our class with our literacy needs.
Thank you so much for funding my project. I cannot wait to tell my students about their amazing assignment over winter break. This will definitely help inspire them with their writing. Our class is in the middle of finishing up informational reports and now, thanks to you, we will be prepared and inspired to jump into narratives! Thank you from me and, most of all, my students.
Sincerely,
Shannon ”
With gratitude,
Ms. Bickford
