  • Help Us Make It As Simple As A, B, C!

    Funded Oct 28, 2008

Thank you so much for the alphabet sound tubs! I am very excited to use these with my students to help them learn the alphabet. My students are starting to learn the sounds and this will give them another special way to make the connection to the letter and help them build vocabulary. With all of the budget cuts, it is great to have support in buying resources for my students. Thank you for your financial support and the trust and encouragement that come with it; I greatly appreciate all of it.

    Sincerely,

    Mind”

Wow! Thank you so much for choosing my project to fund. This is the first time I've used DonorsChoose.org and I wasn't sure what to expect. It's wonderful to think that there are generous people out there who want to help a classroom teacher bring exciting educational activities to their children. I thank you. My children thank you.

    With sincere thanks,

  • Help My Spectrum Kids Control Their Environment

    Funded Oct 15, 2008

My students and I would like to thank you so much for your generosity and concern. Most of my students have a tough time sitting for long periods of time and need that movement from jumping and the calming effect that it has. The trampoline will be put to good use on a daily basis.

All of my students have only one day a week that they get the opportunity to use equipment such as this in a safe environment due to budget cuts. They need it so much more than that and it is amazing how well it works for them to make the school environment much more manageable. My students and I thank you again. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU”

  • Wonderful Writers

    Funded Oct 1, 2008

Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. Writer's Workshop is one of my favorite subjects to teach because each student gets to work at their own level. Through writing, students get to see that their lives have important stories that the world wants to hear. It is a wonderful feeling to help a student realize that they matter. My goal in Writer's Workshop is help help students not only improve in their writing, but become life long writers. The poster sticky note pads will help make this goal a reality. Thank you!
