It is with mixed emotions that I am participating in Mustaches for Kids. That's right, for the next four weeks, I will be subjecting myself to public humiliation and private doubt by growing what will no-doubt be a ridiculous looking Mustache. In order to justify this endeavor I need your support. Please sponsor my Mustache by picking a classroom project from the list below to support. And wish me and my Mustache luck. Thank you so much for your recent contribution to my classroom! We received our document camera, and it was a huge hit. When it arrived, the students were ecstatic. They opened the box, read through the manual, and set everything up themselves. They even wanted to miss recess to finish installing the software!
Once everything was up and running, they loved using the document camera in class. They loved displaying their work on the document camera for their peers to see. One highlight was during Science when we used the document camera for our snail observation. We put one of the snails on the document camera, and every student was able to see the snail moving around and then eating. Every kid was engaged, and it was great for everyone to be involved at once instead of having to take turns with the few snails.
Thank you again for making this resource a reality for our classroom. I can't wait to incorporate it into my teaching for years to come”
I cannot express my thankfulness enough to you for donating to our classroom project. The document camera arrived a few weeks ago and we started using it immediately. It has assisted in learning and practicing grammar, displaying students examples, and creating collaborative work. The uses for our document camera are endless as we continue to learn throughout the school year.
Our school has recently committed to advancing our classroom technology and a document camera is a huge step in achieving our goal. Students who become familiar with technology now will have greater chances of understanding and creating more in the future. It is to all my students' advantage that they have a document camera available to them each day.
Again, thank you. It means a lot to us that you support our efforts in learning.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. White
This classroom project was brought to life by Korein Foundation and 15 other donors.
We are a very small school, without a gym or a multi-purpose room. The Industrial Arts class is building a stage and we have received two sets of stage lights and these two cordless lav mics which represent the beginning of our technical needs for producing plays.
The students are very excited about these mics. Most of them have never had the opportunity to use microphones before, especially not lavs which are very personalized. Unpacking the boxes was a event within itself.
Our fall play was very successful and with this resource we expect the spring one to be even better. We cannot thank you enough. We will put them to good use!!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Marshall

This letter is express my gratitude for helping my art students with necessary supplies.
We are a Title One school, and the funds for art materials is very hard to come by. So, when you all donated without hesitation to my art project, Sparking Our Imaginations, I was thrilled.
As an Art Teacher and teacher of many ELL students having visual aids in the classroom is vital to their vocabulary development in English. The Elements and Principles are basics in art and very important visuals. The Art Styles are very illuminating, as students often refer to their graphics as well as the style when answering questions. We will certainly enjoy the "Dropping in on Rousseau" video when we start our unit on the Mexican Tin Relief pack. Thank you so much for your generous
This is just a small token of my gratitude for your generous donation to my classroom. The paper and bookshelf that you gave us make a difference everyday. We've used the paper to complete our much needed workbooks, and the students are much better organized. This leads to more effective learning time, as well as a better approach to class work.
We no longer have to store our games and larger books on the floor. While being stuffed with binders, our old bookshelf half collapsed. Thanks to the new one, our binders have a strong shelf and our games are off of the floor. We were also able to put the top of our guinea pigs transportation cage back where it belongs, instead of on the floor holding our overflow of binders.
Without donors like you, thousands of classrooms in the United States would go without. I am so thankful to have these items for my classroom, and for my students. ”
With gratitude,
Ms. North
