Funded Mar 21, 2012This letter represents just a small token of my appreciation for your generous donation to my classroom. The tablet that your donations supported helps my students every day. Students use the tablet to practice hand writing, learn sight words, practice math facts, and access the Internet. It allows all of my students, whose abilities range from those needing special education support to those needing extension activities.
Our school is currently undergoing budget cuts. Many of our students come from low-income families. If it wasn't for your generous support, many of our students wouldn't have access to this technology. Differentiating instruction for all learners is crucial, especially at an early age. The additional support that my students are receiving will give them the additional support that they need to succeed.
Without donors like you, thousands of classrooms in the United States would go without.”
