On behalf of my 5th grade class, I graciously thank you for donating to my project. With a heart of gratitude and joy, I sincerely offer thanks for the printer, copy paper, and ink. While this donation may be small to some, it was indeed big to my students and I. The resource has provided my students with printed resources that they have not had access to consistently due to limited funds within my school. I have been able to print their assignments, sample texts for reading, and a variety of other phenomenal documents for their educational advancement.

I am so excited that you and your generous spirit has enabled my students to continue to work through some of the adversity they face daily in order to reach higher heights in education. I sincerely appreciate you supporting my quest to level the educational playing field...one resource at a time.”

Thank you so much for your generous donation of a LCD Projector to my class. Please forgive my delay in responding. I had rotator cuff surgery this fall and the recuperation time has been longer than I anticipated. Nevertheless, your gift has been well-used in my classroom. I have used it to project educational DVDs on our whiteboard, as well as to show slideshows and PowerPoint presentations that I have developed. We are still not complete in the high tech area and I working on getting a lap top for my classroom. In the meantime, I am borrowing lap tops to use with the LCD Projector. This week, a graduate engineering student presented a powerpoint presentation on our new LCD Projector. My students were definitely more engaged and interested due to the introduction of this new technology in my classroom.

Additionally, since we are a high-needs, low income Title I school, I am lending out the LCD Projector to my colleagues when they need it. This is only the second LCD Projector available at my school and it has already been well-used.
