Have you ever tried to break a bad habit or know of a loved one that has tried to break the habit? Maybe your habit was eating too much, smoking, drugs, caffine, or just something silly. Have you ever made a New Year's Resolution? Maybe you were successful or maybe not. If sucessful think of the support you had and how it helped you.
