Thank you very much for your contributions to my classroom! The labs that you have donated to my class have completely changed how my students feel about biology, and have definitely improved their understanding of some key concepts that I have taught them in relation to the labs that we performed. I know that it may be hard to understand the impact that you have made through your contribution, and it may seem like a small donation from your end, but you have impacted almost 100 students. I know that each lab I perform in my classroom impacts how my students feel about biology, and education in general. YOU are making that difference for our students. Thank you very much, I really appreciate all that you do. ”
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for funding my project! My first grade students love the new science and math supplies! They were thrilled when all of the big boxes were delivered to our room! We made space on our shelves for all new materials and each child got to help put something away. They love the real bug display and couldn't wait to look at all of the bugs. We took turn looking them up in the classification book and reading about them. They also enjoyed playing the frog math game during math centers.
Thank you again for contributing to the education of my first grade students!!”

Thank you for being donors of this project. Having the school move 3 times in the last 6 years has made it really hard to keep track of all the equipment and now being in a middle school setting in a room that is not suppose to be a chemistry room without safety features makes my job a little daunting.
Because of your donation, I feel a little better taking some risks in doing some awesome chemistry with my students. I'm excited to finally teach them how to use the lab safety equipment. I'm very appreciative that there are people out there like you supporting schools.”
I would like to thank each one of you for your generous contributions to this project. It really means a lot to me that there are so many people helping to keep the arts alive, especially at a time when so many creative programs are suffering.
My students are looking forward to finishing this project and I can't wait to show you some of the work they create.
I would also like to thank you for donating to donorschoose.org.
Again, thank you so much for your help. We would not have had this opportunity without your support.
Thank you so much for your generous donation to my class's project, Science Rocks! With your help, we received eight K'Nex kits. Already we have used the K'Nex kits on two separate occasions.
During Science Olympiads, we used the K'Nex during Describe It/Build It. In this competition, one partner writes a description of an object make from K'Nex, then gives their description to their partner, who tries to build the object.
After watching a video of a tour of the K'Nex factory, my students enjoyed exploring the kits and building the models in the kit book. It was wonderful to see how excited they were learn and explore engineering and design.
Thank you again for your commitment to education. ”

Thank you so much for your kindness. We have opened all of our new stuff and the kids are even more in love with Math! It was amazing to see the kids' faces light up when they learned we have things to "play" with and learn from. I heard the kids talking and they are so happy that there are generous people in the world like you. Many of them even stated they hope that they can help kids in their future. Not only are my students learning the math skills needed to survive in our dynamic world, they are learning how support impacts their future. They are making the connection that not everyone is as supportive as they could be and that they do want to be as supportive as they can be in their future.
The biggest hit is the game 'Smath that we received. It's exactly like Scrabble, however, the kids must make true equations on the game board. I decided to have some friendly competition among my classes. The girls are so into the game, not realizing they are becoming more familiar with numbers at the same time.
I love seeing my students love learning, so thank you for all your did to support my girls!”
Thank you so much for your support of education, and the support of our classroom. The materials that you have made possible for us to receive will benefit students for years to come. The students are excited not only to get started using the aquaculture system, but that it was actually donated to them. The system that you as a donor have provided us with will reach over 250 students directly each year, and will be used for several years. As a teacher, I am excited that we can begin hands-on learning in a subject that before we could just read about in a book. This will impact students greatly, and may lead some of them onto a career path in this subject area. Again thank you for being a supporter of education, and believing in young minds that will lead in the future.”

Thank you for donating to and funding our project, "Math Manipulators". My students and I are grateful for your generosity. My students love all of the math manipulatives. Student responses to our new materials included, "I love learning Math with our new games.", "Let's play an adding game together" (one student to another about the partner patterning and addition games), and many others. As you can tell from the photos posted, my students are enjoying their new math games, which is a key part of education. Learning should be fun! The games also help them to reinforce and help students to master skills taught in Kindergarten. Thank you again for donating to this project, and I hope that you will continue to support our grants and classroom. ”

Ms. Heather Lisey
