The students enjoy the features in these dictionaries, especially the word games. The dictionaries have helped them become more independent in editing their work. They actually look forward to correcting spelling errors and finding synonyms for over-used words when making revisions. They create their own lists of new words and definitions. The talking feature has improved students' confidence in their reading skills. All of this, thanks to your generous donations!
People can overlook the need for relevant and practical tools in helping children, especially those with learning challenges, in achieving educational success. It is donors like you who play a role in helping these students accomplish their goals. ”
I would like to take this time to thank you for your generous donation to my classroom. I use the projector daily to engage my students in lessons. We've used it to introduce new math concepts, to show examples of new vocabulary words, and to play review games before a test.
Working in a low eeconomical area means that we don't always have the resources we need but, thanks to your help my class is lucky enough to benefit from a wonderful resource that creates instant engagement.

Thank you all so much for your generous donations that helped me get a projector in my classroom; words cannot express how much it means to my students and I. Throughout the year, my students had asked why we didn't get to have a projector, like other teachers in my school. It was hard for them to understand that our school didn't have the resources needed to get a projector in each room. I didn't tell them that I had started this project in case it wasn't successful, but you, my amazing donors, helped ensure that it was successful. The day that the projector was delivered, the secretary buzzed my room to let me know that our projector had arrived. The kids looked at me so excitedly when I told them that we had our very own projector. I don't think any of us realized how differently our classroom would run from then on. Each day, I have PowerPoints for our reading block, which is a 2 hour period. They help to keep all the kids engaged and interested, especially since I get to show pictures and videos! Another great resource that I can now access is being able to show websites from the Internet to the entire class at once. This past week, while studying spiders, my kids surprised me with their high level of interest. They were asking me such in-depth questions and I was able to find the answers online right then and show them. It inspired them to learn more and ask questions.
Not only will this projector help these students, but it will keep on giving to my future students. I'm so excited that next year, we will get to benefit from it all year. Thanks again for all of your support. I can't wait to get the thank you notes up, as I'm sure the kids have many things to say about their great project!”
