Thank you so much for funding "The Annotated Mona Lisa"!!! The timing is perfect!!! I will begin teaching "Advanced Placement Art History" in January. Students in Advanced Placement Art History take a test in the spring. If they score high enough on the test, they receive college credit for the course. The course is very challenging and the "Annotated Mona Lisa" helps break down the various time periods in art history and make them easy to understand. This is my favorite class to teach. It's very rewarding to see my students develop a love of art history. It's such an interesting subject. Through this class I hope to elevate students taste and hopefully, in the long run, make the world a better (and more informed) place”

My students lack so many reading skills needed to help them advance in their reading due to the fact that they don't have people at home to read to them due to language barriers and lack of books at home.
