Thank you to all of the donors who invested in bringing new ink and photo paper to our kindergarten classroom. I have just posted several photos of the students and parent volunteers who are working on our hands-on science projects.
The new ink and photo paper have been used a lot in the classroom this fall. We are taking photos of science to make observations as well as taking and printing photos of the children and families who are part of this year's kindergarten class.
I cannot thank you enough for your generosity. Your gifts are being used every day in our kindergarten classroom!”
Thank you so much for your generous donation. Our book club is so happy to receive new illustrated copies of Alice in Wonderland. We've already had the tea party; now we are getting ready to read the book! Reading a book like Alice is an adventure.
Now that our book club members are in high school they can bring new insights into understanding this traditional children's story. Or is it? We already feel that this book has many layers that can appeal to both children and adults. As we read the story we are looking for symbolism and historical details. Also, what character do we identify most closely with? There is so much valuable information to be gotten out of Alice. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to explore and learn.”
Your generous donation has truly changed our class. My students are so motivated that they often come to school 30 minutes early, are begging to stay in at recess and always want to stay after school. They were spending so much time here that I wanted to spruce the place up!
Your donation has made a classroom a brighter and more comfortable place to be. I didn't think it was possible for my students to be even more motivated, but by simply creating a pleasant space and decorating our sparse classroom a little, they want to work more and harder.
Thank you so much for your generous donation to our classroom. Now, our classroom is not only where the brain works, but it is where the heart is! I could not have done it by myself!”
With gratitude,
Mr. Kiczek
