Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your gift will impact so many children who otherwise would never have the opportunity to have hands on materials to cover these subjects. I can't wait to see their faces light up when we begin this unit. You have truly made a difference in the life of children. We truly appreciate your generous gift!
Thank you so much for your donation! Our students will love the hands-on experience that will be available to them due to your donation! DNA is such a hard topic to teach to students. With the kit that you funded, the students should gain more understanding than I could have provided alone. Thanks again!
Thank you so much for the opportunities for my class to watch butterflies evolve before their eyes. Today is the first day of school and I have 22 bright faces. They are eager to learn and now I have a wonderful unit to present to them. In the spring, the students will experience the changes in the world around them as the trees come to life with new foliage and flowers bloom. We will watch with anticipation the metamorphosis of our eggs to butterflies. I will enjoy sending you feedback and pictures in late April or early May as our project progresses. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity for my first grade students.
I cannot thank you enough for funding this project for my students! I told them that our new aquarium is on its way, and they can scarcely contain their excitement. Your generosity will enhance their learning and growth throughout the entire year. Thank you for giving my children this opportunity.
Thank you so much for funding my proposal!! I know my class will truly enjoy working with these materials and greatly develop their scientific skills through their use. Since we will be engaged in some outside planting and because this unit of study requires a level of writing ability that most first graders don't develop until later in the year, I will be using the materials in the spring. This will also allow us to attend the museum and arboretum field trips, which are scheduled for the spring, while we are studying this topic in class. My students will be thanking you immediately thereafter.
I am so grateful for your support. Thank you for giving my class and the other first grade classes in our school the opportunity to use these wonderful materials. Your kind support will positively affect not only this year's first graders, but many more children in the years to come!
Thank you very much for your generous contribution to our school. We operate on a traditional schedule, and are in summer vacation right now. These materials will be put to good use when we return to school in August. I'm looking forward to giving my new students this great learning opportunity. Thank you again”
There are few words to express my gratitude for the wonderful donation of science equipment. Often, working in low income schools we find that science is the subject to get cut from the curriculum entirely or offered as a course with no equipment. This donation has offered a chance to start a legitimate science course with labs and dissections that will be exciting to teach as well as to learn.
Experiential learning is so important for all children and the students in our district often don't get the opportunities. The ability to teach science with actual lab equipment will create benefits and opportunities for our students they have never experienced before. My hope is to create some great future scientists. Once again, thank you for this very generous donation.
I'm so excited about your donations that will provide these wonderful resources to my students! During summer school, we spent quite a bit of time working in the outdoor habitat, and the children love to visit the pond to see what new creatures they can find. I know that having live organisms in the classroom will be a great learning experience for them. Your donation makes that possible. It's summer vacation now, but we'll be back in September and you'll hear from the students themselves.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing to fund my proposal. I will certainly be well equipped to begin the school year with a month long unit on health and nutrition. The weather forecasting materials will be used a daily basis. I can see acting as the class' "weatherman" as a motivator for good behavior. My students and I will enjoy your gifts for years to come.
Thank you so much for funding my live animal science center. My summer vacation has already started and school will not resume for students until August 25. I look forward to setting the habitats up with my class and letting you know all about it in the fall. Again, thank you so much for your generosity and willingness to help my students get to see the life cycles of the ants, worms, fish, crickets, and frogs that they see every day.
Sincerely,
Judy ”
