On behalf of the 32 "Phenomenal Fifth Grade YoungStarZ", I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards your contributions. The students are not only extremely grateful, but thrilled for their upcoming projects that you helped make happen. No words can describe the amount of positivity, learning, and memorable experiences you have provided for the class. Once again, thank you for your contributions to the class and for furthering their educational experience”
You can't believe what an incredible opportunity this is going to be for my students. I am so thankful for your generosity and cannot wait to engage my student with so many wonderful projects I have planned. The book being provided will be used to help my students explore wonderful things about diversity. It makes me so excited that we are going to have a chance to engage in real conversations and projects that deal with who they are as diverse members of our community”
Thank you so much for providing my students with such amazing art supplies to complete their projects! They are so excited to be able to use materials that will make their art seem so much more real and authentic. Your generosity is greatly appreciated, and your kindness will have a profound impact on their experience in my class. Thank you again!
I'm so excited that you have purchased the materials needed to present my multicultural lesson! I will use the books to introduce China and props to get the students excited. Additionally, we will use the cookbook and props to cook a Chinese meal! Every year I try to bring in as many materials as I can, but with budget restrains it’s not always easy. This year thanks to people like you my students will get a good lesson with materials to use without me having to worry about money. Thank you so much for your generosity!
I just reviewed my pacing plans for the year wondering when my social studies unit on Family was set to begin. It follows our current science unit of Balance & Motion. We will start the Family unit in early January when students trace their family history through photographs, interviews and documents as well as compare and contrast their daily lives with their parents lives in their home countries. This amazing collection of resources will enhance our studies and I can't wait to get these items and begin sharing them with my students. Thank you!”
The Kindergarten class at Emerson Elementary would like to initially thank you for your generous donation to our class. The students will be able to read about and see characters in books that look like them. We will be able to read about different cultures and different holidays from around the world. I would like to personally thank you for your wonderful donation. The books will be put to use immediately. Thank you so much.
Thank you for funding my project "Asian American Heritage One Book at a Time". My Kindergarten students are waiting anxiously to start reading books about their culture. This will be a great learning experience to have the parents involved in reading with their child in the evenings at home. "Storytime at School" will soon becomes "Storytime at Home".Your gracious donation is "Greatly Appreciated" and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you so much for funding our proposal. We are so excited to be getting these new materials to promote awareness with our special children. This is such a wonderful gift. Without your help we would have never been able to add these "extras" to our classroom.
On behalf of all the students at International Studies Learning Center, thank you for your generosity in offering the means to help the International Studies family deepen their understanding of international cultures and ideas. I have already begun preparing a list of videos and resources to show the students based on the books will be reading in accompaniment. This gift will truly help the students here become more international and fulfill the learning goals set by the Asia Society for our school. The students have heard about your generosity and are very much interested in augmenting their own learning. I look forward to sending you pictures and a signed letter from the students who are partaking of the use of the A/V equipment your kindness has made possible.
Thank you for funding my proposal. This means a great deal to me. I am sure the children will love doing all of the activities with many of these new supplies that you are helping to provide. Although our school has active parent support, it only allows us to purchase the necessities. The children will be excited to use wiggle-eyes, and the special yarn hair, and special people-colored paper instead of always having to use crayons to color in their skin color. Thank you again for supporting the the proposal and the children at Alice Fong Yu Alternative School!
Best Regards,
Sabrina ”
With gratitude,
Ms. Huie
