  • LOUISIANA students wish for SPANISH Class Videos

    I just checked my email and I'm now excited about two things. The LSU/ND game- that I hyped up my students for today and I can't believe I just got the great news that the videos were funded. I can't wait to tell the kids about these videos. I have a feeling that they will want to watch the dance video as soon as possible. It seems that I've encouraged some future "Dancing with the Stars" contestants. I recently put on a Spanish/English Christmas musical (which included 20+ pairs(students)and the parents were so surprised to see their children dancing with the opposite sex and being very cordial. I'll try to take pictures of them in action. It is a sight!! We are sure to love the videos. Thank you for your generosity.

  • Restore Inventory Post Katrina

    What a surprise to come back from Winter (Christmas) vacation and receive another gift! Thank you. Since this gift is posters of artwork it will keep on giving for many years to come. I plan to start using it this semester in my lessons. I am writing this in early January and have my lessons on color theory somewhat planned out for this month. I will reviewing them to include any new pieces that I can when they arrive. Classes at my school are 35 minutes long so sometimes it takes two or three sessions to complete one lesson. Feedback will take a little bit longer because of this. Thank you again.
