This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Summer is around the corner and I would love to gift all of my students a raincoat, beach towel, sun visor, sunglasses, and lip balm to help keep them safe and dry. Many of our students don't have the appropriate spring and summer accessories to wear on a rainy day or a hot sunny day. Gifting them each these essentials would be wonderful and would help our families so much. We are also asking for gift bags to put the coats, towels, sunglasses, and visors in. They will be so excited to receive them as a gift! Lastly, we are asking for laminating paper to laminate a picture of our students wearing their new visors and jackets to gift their families. Your help is very much appreciated!
