This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The project that I am asking donations for are greatly needed. A majority of our students and their families struggle financially. The items that I am requesting will keep our students nourished and warm, many of our student struggle eating when they are not at school. The goals are to keep the students healthy and safe while at school and possible provide some student snacks to take home as well. My students work very hard, and many are socio-economically challenged. A child really struggles when they are hungry and that may lead to injuries.
