My Project
This project is for a reward system for my fifth-grade classroom. Students sometimes have trouble feeling motivated in the day-to-day. This will be a quick and effective way to reward students each day.
The gumball machine will be filled with some candy but mostly treats such as "5 min break", "use of the exercise ball", "be the teacher", "switch seats", etc.
Students will be able to save up coins they earn for larger prizes, or use their coins immediately. This helps students learn money management and budgeting on a relatable scale.
