This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As studies have shown students perform better when they are in a room not lit with fluorescent lights. I teach in a room that has no windows, and no natural light. Our only light source is 36 fluorescent bulbs. Students are constantly asking to dim the lights but the only option I have is on or off. The light covers will provide a shield between them and the harsh glare of the fluorescent light. I am asking for two dimmable lamps to turn on when we have the lights off for videos.
