About Englewood Schools (Arapahoe 1)

Englewood is a small urban community approximately 6.5 square miles in size located near the geographical center of the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. We offer award-winning programming to 2,500 students. We have one early childhood center, four elementary schools, two middle schools and two high schools. All our schools offer Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) learning experiences at every grade level. While each school maintains its uniqueness, they all share a friendly community feel that is prevalent throughout our city. With access to outstanding programs and over 400 caring staff members, Englewood offers big opportunities in a small setting for our students. We are a Title I district and have a free/reduced lunch rate of 63% for our district. Our mission is to prepare all students for future success through learning, leading, engagement and action.
