As a speech therapist these materials will be applicable to student's who have multiple goals. Very frequently I see students who are working on multiple areas of speech and language. For example I may see a student who is working on fluency, articulation, and social skills. It can be extremely difficult to find materials that are suited to address all of a student's goals and keep them interested. This project will allow me to purchase age appropriate materials that address my students goals as well as their interests. Many speech students can experience 'burnout' when attending weekly speech sessions. I think great speech materials (and a caffeinated SLP) can make all the difference in how a student participates and enjoys their speech sessions!
