    Thank you so much for your donations to the Young Artist Development Program at SBAAM! The items that we have acquired through this awesome fundraiser has taken our rehearsals to the next level and in turn, has tremendously improved our performances. Additionally, the notebooks that we were able to provide for the kids has given them a place to keep all of their original creative writings and original lyrics for the songs that we are currently working on for our upcoming shows. The Young Artist Development Program is a highly effective program designed to positively impact the lives of young people through the Arts. Mrs. LaToya Jones-Herbert founded YADP and introduced it to the classroom with positivity and professionalism as it's key elements. We teach on the importance of striving for greatness in every endeavor. Currently, the program is geared towards young artists interested in singing, rapping, dance and creative writing/spoken word. All are form are developed through creative strategies that uphold our standard of positivity and professionalism. We prepare the young artists for performances by reinforcing their confidence in their own abilities with rehearsals and positive affirmations. In addition we challenge them to take their star power to the next level by trying new talents/art forms.

About my class
