Students compete for the cupcake stickers that indicate their academic achievement, along with the folders and magnets to display their assignments. Students enjoy using the twistable crayons and graph notebooks to enhance their visual creations, essential to the work's requirements. I use the pens daily to share comments with students how to improve and correct their assignments.

  • Classroom Supplies to Keep Students Healthy!

    On behalf of my students, thank you for your generous contributions to the class supplies. The tissue boxes are greatly appreciated by students (and their watery eyes and runny noses) due to sickness and/or allergies. Students keep the classroom (surfaces, desks, and items) clean with the Lysol wipes on a weekly basis. The pens are used to write notes/ideas on the post-it notes, to be shared with their classmates for both reading and writing lessons. Again, we sincerely share our gratitude and thanks.”

    The classroom supplies have been most useful and motivating in the classroom. The stickers are given to students to celebrate their academic achievements; their works are posted on a white board with stickers to highlight excellent results. The index cards are colorful and attention-getting, used for notes and displayed in the class for easy access to information.

    The file folder organizers are used to categories lessons (present and future) into subjects and days. The plastic storage baskets contain students' folders kept in class, so students can access the information when needed for reading and writing lessons.

    These supplies have both brightened the room and helped the organizational structures. Students love the colors of these supplies! Thank you again for your generous contributions!”

The DVD player is used to share videos of novels read (Hoot and Holes) and movie scenes during the study of the Story Elements Unit. Students used the neon post boards to share their brainstorming ideas with their peers to complete the lessons. The easel pads will be used to create mind maps based on various assignments.
