Our classroom is Harry Potter themed and it has made each one of them a huge Potter fan! This project will make literacy more accessible to them at home. This project will provide each student with a gift to take home for Christmas, providing them with tools that will promote the love of literacy. We are just finishing up reading the first Harry Potter book as a class, receiving their own copy of the second book would be the perfect gift to keep their love growing. Taking this gift home will help parents feel involved in their child's literacy and help them make "magical connections" with their child.

About my class
