  • Perfect Prizes

    Funded Nov 3, 2024

Thank you much for your generous donation! It has greatly helped my students to be motivated about learning! We have had math challenges and the top winners get a prize! I love to challenge my amazing first grade students to be their best! The prizes that I was able to order for the students are of high interest and the students are trying to work hard to earn different prizes. I was able to order fun, erasers, fidgets, little trinkets, and keychains. All of the prizes are fun and have helped the students to want to learn more and do better.”

  • Chromebook Mice

    Funded Feb 28, 2024

Thank you so much for thinking of my students and helping them get the mice that we needed. My students use their Chromebooks so that they can learn math and reading. The touchpad can be very tricky and it slows them down.

My students used the mice this week and they were more engaged, had more time on task, and they were able to navigate the different parts of the program.

My students are so excited that they can use the mice to help them learn and use the Chromebook.

Thank you for thining of my students.”

  • Fairy Tale Stem Building

    Funded Feb 11, 2024

Thank you so much for your generous donation to my first-grade students. My students are creative, energetic, and happy learners. They love to build design and create structures.

First graders love Fairy Tales and they are thrilled to use the kits. I plan to read the stories to them and then we will have centers where the students can make chairs, beds, boats, and even save Rapunzel.

I can't wait to see my students plan, build, and test their structures. This is so exciting and I am excited to add the kits to my Stem time!”

  • Books for Reading

    Funded Jan 15, 2024

Thank you so much for donating mice to my classroom and my school. We use our Chromebooks daily and this will help students who struggle to use the touchpad. The touchpad is great but it can be tricky for students and adults.

My students have been using the mice all week and we have seen an increase in engagement and time on task I can tell that it is easier for them to navigate the Chromebook.

My students are happy eager learners and I can't thank you enough for your generous donation to help my students!”

  • First Grade Materials

    Funded Oct 11, 2023

Many thanks for your generous donation to my students. It has greatly helped and we are thrilled to have the materials. I have been able to laminate different materials to make center games for my students. I also have been able to store materials in there chair backpacks. It has greatly helped with keeping the classroom organized and has helped with transitions from one activity to another. My students know what they need for activities and can easily grab what is needed. The best part is that it will help with more time for learning.”

  • Crafts Activities for After School Fun

    Funded Aug 3, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donation to my students for the crafts and projects that I'm using for an afterschool club! You are definitely making a difference in the lives of my students and I couldn't appreciate it anymore. Many thanks for all that you do for our students!

My students have asked for additional craft supplies because they don't get to do it at home as much and it has made an impact in a huge way. It has built their confidence, happiness, and the afterschool club just gives them joy!”

  • Storage Solutions

    Funded Sep 6, 2023

We can't thank you enough for your generous donation to our project! The chair backpacks are so helpful because they help limit transitions in the classroom. My students do not have a desk and we share tables. It is hard to keep the classroom organized and the materials nice and neat. My students can now keep their headphones, whiteboards, markers, and erasers in the chair backpack. I am noticing it takes us less time to be ready for lessons and helps us have more time for learning which is amazing. Thank you for thinking of my first-grade students!”

  • Back to School and Ready to Learn!

    Funded Aug 9, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donation to my project. I am beyond excited to use the materials to enhance my reading instruction. My first-grade students are eager to learn and are greatly enjoying the materials. They were so excited when they saw all of the materials that are helping them read and write. We are using the materials during whole-group lessons and small-group instruction and it is having a great impact. Thank you for thinking of the students at Franklin Avenue school. We appreciate your generous donation.”

Please consider donating to this project! My classroom recently had severe water damage and is ready for a change. This is a great time to reorganize, redesign and provide my students with a new learning environment. I will create a room that provides students with a variety of seating options. Students will choose what seating option works best for them. Our room will have a new space for students to read independently and a listening area for books on tape. Students will want to curl up with a good book and read away! Our classroom will be unique and an exciting place to learn.
