Imagine being in fourth grade and having difficulty reading fourth grade leveled books. Many of my fourth graders are turned off to reading because they have difficulty reading and comprehending texts. I want to "Kindle their fire for reading" by allowing them to listen to ebooks- and magazines on kindles. Listening and following along in a book will take the stress out of pronouncing the words and allow them to focus on understanding the text. This will build their confidence, fluency and kindle a love for reading. Please help me with this project. The children thank you, and I thank you.
