This is my first year as a Media Specialist and I absolutely love it ! When I discovered that I could do Donors Choose for the campus , I decided to start with my own project which is to create a Maker Space for our students. Gone are the days when a library should be viewed as just a book storage and a quiet place. The library should be an inter active classroom that serves as an extension of the teacher's classroom. This is my primary goal as librarian this year !
