This classroom project was brought to life by Bill Gates and 13 other donors.

Social Emotional Learning will be a key component in my kindergarten class this year. I will be conducting daily Morning Meetings. Each month we focus on topics such as: Respect, Citizenship, Empathy, Kindness & Honesty. Kindergarten students enjoy using art to express their understanding of topics, feelings and concerns. Students will create different projects using the supplies from this project. After a completed project, students will be encourage to explain their piece to their classmates. Classmates will also have time to comment on their classmates' projects/comments/explanations. It is important for children to see other students' point of view on a topic. Please help me help my students. These children are our future!
