    Thank you so

    much for making this possible for my classroom! I am so grateful and humbled by

    the entire DonorsChoose experience and I have all of you to thank. My students

    and I will get right to it with using our new materials. The little things like

    a drying rack to dry their masterpieces and a basket to place their work, makes

    all the difference in a lively kindergarten classroom. You have allowed my

    class and I more time learning and less time shuffling our magnificent work

    around. I am so excited! Thank you very much for helping us and granting us

    this project. ”

  • I Learn With My iPod And I love It!

    I can't contain my excitement! I am so happy and appreciative to all of you who donated to my project. This is my first time using DonorsChoose and I am so grateful that I have all of your wonderful support.

    The headphones that you helped fund are going to take my listening center to extraordinary heights. My students will be able to comfortably listen to a story, practice phonics & spelling or delve into new math concepts. My classroom was awarded iPods over the summer and the students cannot wait to get their hands on them. Now they will be able to do so without getting distracted or interrupted by the noise-filled classroom that kindergarten is.

    I cannot wait to share the news with my students and begin using our new and improved listening center! ”

Our school is one of the first in our area that includes students of all abilities in a single classroom. Students who develop typically, students with special needs and students who are gifted, learn side-by-side, with each other and from each other.
