To start, thank you so much for your generous donation to our classroom. We truly appreciate your support and kindness.
These new books have made such an impact on my second graders. They now have age appropriate books that are teaching them about Famous Americans. These biographies are allowing these students to be able to read them on their own verses the other non-fiction stories that are hard for them to comprehend.
So to end, thank you again for helping our classroom out. We truly appreicate any support given to our class!”
To start off thank you so incredibly much for the funds to help support my classroom and students. With your donors we were able to receive amazing LCD writing tablets! These tablets have been a game changer during our math block. We are able to have a positive impact on our environment by not creating waste of expo markers or tissues to clean the boards. The students have the best time writing on them to show their work in math and creating new problems for their friends to solve. We cannot thank you enough! 🥰”
To start off thank you so incredibly much for the funds to help support my classroom and students. With your donors we were able to receive amazing STEAM activities to begin our school day. The students have been having the absolute best time starting their day with creativity and critical thinking by making and building structures. This has made our mornings so much better. They are no longer coming in and seeing morning work and sighing. They are now excited to come and see if they can out build their friends! Thank you for helping us start our mornings better!”

Thank you so much for funding our KEVA planks here on Donor's Choose. These planks have been amazingly fun in our room. We use them for indoor recess to build towers and walls. The planks for indoor recess have given my students a new lens for creativity versus being on their computers. They enjoy seeing who can build the tallest tower, the strongest wall against a ball, or what structure can hold the most weight. We use them in science to help us with our force and motion unit. We have been working on creating a structure with simple machines, these planks have helped greatly!”

To start off thank you so incredibly much for supporting our classroom. The students and I greatly appreciate it. With the funds you generously provided we were able to fund the two $100 gift cards to Teachers Pay Teachers. We are still currently using the funds to purchase new science interactive notebooks, study guides with review pages, and finally new performance based assessment ideas. The students have been loving the supported materials for the concepts and topics we are learning as well as the projects we are starting to create! Thank you again for all the support. We couldn't do all this with out you!!”

First off, thank you so much for donating to our classroom last spring, because of you we were able to have the BEST end of the year celebration with Camp-Read-a-Lot! With your donations I was able to transform my classroom into an amazing outdoor camping experience. We had enough spaces around the room to have 2-4 students in each tent and around the fake campfires. The students were able to have their own mini lanterns and read by fire light. We had amazing escape the classroom camping activities, when they were able to escape they earned more camping prizes.
Thank you again for making our end of year amazing. I can't wait to use these supplies each year!”

I want to start with a big thank you, because of you we were able to receive engaging learning resources about Ancient Civilizations, Math and Language Arts. The 20 students in our class have been loving the flip books and PowerPoint activities we purchased about our Ancient Civilizations. We have been able to create engaging activities for them to work on with groups or partners. We have purchased math review games to help us prepare for our SOL in may. We have been having fun playing with friends and other classes. In Language arts we purchased some awesome phonics lessons to help us understand the sounds behind the words and how to apply them to other words we are spelling! Thank you again for all of your support we appreciate you helping classrooms like ours.”

I want to start with a big thank you, because of you we were able to receive engaging books about our Ancient Civilizations. The 20 students in our class have been loving the non-fiction books with real photos and facts to help support and visualize what Egypt, China, Greece, Rome and Mali look like today compared to what it looked like during their time of great influence. Their absolute favorite books are the ones where kids like them go back in time to experience life as a child during these time periods. Thank you again for all of your support we appreciate you helping classrooms like ours.”

Thank you so incredibly much for the bookcases. I begin to describe how much nicer our classroom library looks. These bookshelves have made my life easier to organize all our chapter books. We now have all our chapter books organized and labeled by authors last name. They are so easy to find! The students are even able to clean up and put the books away with ease. We had them in milk crates before and they always looked so messy and were always falling over. I truly appreciate all the support you have given our classroom to help keep us organize!”

Our fourth grade classroom would like more seating options. We currently have normal chairs and some exercise balls. Research has shown that flexible seating helps young students concentrate on their work better. They are 9 and 10 years old and they want to wiggle around while they work. By sitting in a hard chair they are unable to accomplish this, so they get up, wonder around the room and get distracted from the task at hand. With these Wobble Seats they are able to wiggle and wobble about in their seat which reduces that urge to get up and wonder around, therefore able to concentrate and complete their work.
