My district is allowing me to have a class next year fully dedicated to creating a digital history project where we interview and document our district's veterans. We need a new camera lens and gimbal to produce museum level content that we will display permanently in our school. Each year we have a veteran's breakfast that is attended by over 50 local heroes. This has been a tradition for over 10 years. We would like to grow our tradition of honoring our veterans by documenting their stories. Unfortunately, our local VFW has been absorbed by a nearby city's VFW and the number of veterans passing away is leaving us with a gap in our history that future generations may never hear.
