My special needs students are faced with academic challenges. Many of them have attention deficit disorders. Creating engaging lessons are necessary to reach my students. With a projector, I would be able to present the material in different modalities, thereby increasing focus and attention. My special needs students live in an impoverished neighborhood. This urban school is lacking funds and my students are feeling the consequences. My students are very bright with so much potential. My goal is to reach every student and bring them up to grade level.
