  • Get Our Wiggles Out With a Mini Under Desk Bike!

    Funded Jan 19, 2025

We as teachers need to adapt to the changes in the world and that starts with choices. Our classroom should be a place for children to collaborate, communicate, and be creative. This is hard to do with our students are sitting in rows of desks and tables all day.

The flexible seating has allowed my students to stay engaged for longer periods of time, enjoy their classroom environment, and have the ability make choices regarding how and where they would like to learn. My students were very excited about the new under desk bike for our classroom. We were able to get markers so that each of my students can use their own markers daily!”

My class really enjoys using the new polka dot reading rug in our classroom library. We now have enough clear spinners for each student to have their own spinner for math lessons! The mini remote outlet switches are fantastic in helping us create a calming environment so we can plug in all of your classroom lamps in the dark winter months. Thank you again!”

  • Winter Gloves!

    Funded Oct 26, 2023

Thank you so much for the generous gift of winter gloves. We live in Alaska and the weather can be very cold for students who do not come to school with the proper winter gear. Our students are expected to go outside for recess in weather as cold as minus ten degrees Fahrenheit! With the donation of these gloves, I was able to give out a few pairs to students who's families could not afford to buy them, as well as keep a stash for my classroom for students who need to borrow on occasion when they forget their own gloves. The remainder of the gloves were gifted to other students around the school who were in need. Thank you so much for your amazing gift.”

  • Books for the Holiday!

    Funded Sep 26, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donations to our classroom! My students were very excited to open all the boxes for our classroom. I am really looking forward to being able to gift each of my Title 1 students with one of our new books: 5 More Sleeps 'til Christmas, Fly Guy's Ninja Christmas, and How to Catch a Gingerbread Man. Each child will get a book of their own to keep and read over the holidays with their families. This project will give each of my students a wrapped present to make them feel valued and special going into the holidays which is not always a happy event for some of these sweet kids. This would also give them access to a book at home that they can practice their reading skills over winter break.”
