Thank you so much for your generous donations! I have been perusing and downloading so many useful assignments for my diverse middle school students.

The technology we use in my classroom is mostly chromebooks. We are so lucky that each student has been issued their own chromebook! We also have brand new promethean boards that are touch screen. This allows my students the ability to work along with me, but also for me to call students up to the board to demonstrate their knowledge.

Some of the assignments I have downloaded from Teachers Pay Teachers are for my W. Africa unit. Today we took a virtual tour to W. Africa. Students were able to work on their map skills but also able to "visit" Timbuktu, Islamic Mosques, the Sahara desert and many other places. I was also able to translate assignments into Russian and Spanish for my non English speakers! They were so excited to be apart of the class!”
