Incorporating Art in All Subjects!
Funded May 25, 2023Thank you for you generous donation. With this donation I was able to purchase resources from Teachers Pay Teachers to help make learning fun and interesting. Here in Arkansas we have new reading and writing standards. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards have been a tremendous help in finding resources to help teach these new standards to my students.
The headphones are used by my students on a daily basis. We are blessed to have Chromebooks for each student to use. The headphones help students who struggle with reading. The computer can read the stories to these students. The students were very excited about the art supplies. Students use these to illustrate the stories that they are writing.
Thank you again for your generous donation. Your support is helping my students have a successful school year!”

Funded Oct 5, 2022Thank you so much for funding my project-Home Sweet Classroom. My students have created several projects using the art supplies that you purchased. My students have made maps, cards, and science projects using the art supplies your kind donation allowed us to purchase.
My students were so excited when the orders began arriving. As I unpacked the art supplies, they could not wait to start using them. They love to paint and draw! Because of your generous donation, I have been able to incorporate art into my reading and science lessons.
I have also been able to decorate my classroom and make it more appealing to students. The rugs and decoration have made my classroom truly feel like home sweet home!
Thank you once again for your generous donation. I greatly appreciate your support!”

This classroom project was brought to life by SONIC Drive-In and one other donor.Plug It in and Learn!!!
Funded Jul 12, 2021Thank you for funding my project. Your donation has helped my students have supplies to use each day in class. These supplies have enriched their learning experience. The headphones have allowed each student to be able to work silently on their computer without disturbing other students. The headphones provide me with a way to differentiate my classroom instruction. Students who are not reading on grade level can have grade-level passages read to them by the computer. This helps them have a successful learning experience. Thank you again for your kind donation which is making a difference in the lives of my students.”

Funded Dec 7, 2020Thank you for your donation to my classroom. It has helped me to be able to have resources to teach not only the students who are learning face-to-face in the classroom but those learning virtually from home. It has given me the ability to make learning more fun. It has also helped me to prepare my students for the ACT Aspire test that they will be taking on the computer at the end of this month. The Teacher-pay-Teacher gift cards have opened up many teaching tools to me. My students are having fun while learning. Thank you again for supporting education and my classroom with your donation.”

A Child Who Reads Will be an Adult Who Thinks!
Funded Aug 8, 2020My students and I are enjoying the books that you purchased for our classroom. My students love learning about the American Revolutionary War. One of the books, Woods Runner, we have used to learn more about the American Revolutionary War. This book has helped students see what the war was like from the viewpoint of a 13-year-old boy. The book George vs. George gave us some neat facts about King George and George Washington. Students were able to use this book to compare these two important figures of the American Revolutionary War. Thank you again for your generous donation which has helped the American Revolutionary War come alive for my students.”

Make Some Noise
Funded Aug 8, 2020Your kind donation made it possible for all of my students to have their own set of headphones. This has been a tremendous help. We are doing so many activities virtually every day. The headphones allow each student to be able to do these activities individually at the same time. Students are not having to share headphones.
The Time for Kids subscription has been a fun way for students to keep up with current news. I have used these magazines to teach both science and social studies. Thank you again for helping my class to have a successful school year.”
