My students are a rainbow of skin colors, socioeconomic statuses, abilities, intelligences, and interests. What do they all have in common? They'd all rather be playing with an iPad, tablet PC, or a smartphone than copying notes! Our middle school is relatively large (1300 students, at last count), but it is a very safe, fun place at which to work and learn. By teaching expectations of conduct in the various locations where students congregate, we can save a lot of time that might be spent disciplining students on actually teaching, something that sets our school apart from many others!

About my class
