Funded May 8, 2023I extend my heartfelt gratitude for your incredibly generous donation. Your thoughtful gift of doodler pens brought boundless joy and inspiration to my students throughout the past school year. Witnessing their creativity flourish as they designed bridges, crafted rings, and formed intricate names was truly a sight to behold.
Your contribution had a profound impact on my students, sparking their imagination and encouraging them to explore the realms of artistic expression. The pens became cherished tools that not only fostered creativity but also instilled a sense of pride in their unique creations.
I cannot thank you enough for the positive influence your donation had on my classroom. In fact, it has inspired me to take things even further in the coming year. I am eagerly looking forward to crafting a specialized curriculum around these doodler pens, incorporating them into our robotics project. This integration will not only make learning even more enjoyable but will also nurture their problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
Once again, thank you from the depths of my heart. Your kindness will resonate through the years as my students continue to be empowered by the tools you have provided. Your unwavering belief in education's power to transform lives is an inspiration to us all.”

Funded Oct 26, 2022Thank you so much for these 3D doodler pens. We have been using them every Friday. The students have been getting really good at them. We have had cubes, bridges , names, ice cream and more made with them. This is something the students have to sign up for to participate. The class fills up fast because I only have a certain amount. Once they learned what they could do with them the creativity hasn't stopped. One student asked their parent for one so they could do it at home. Thank you again for donating and helping us get these int their hands. It is because of you that they were able to use them.”

Funded Aug 9, 2022Thank you so much for your amazing donation! The students used these tools to create cardboard musical instruments and different types of switches. They really learned how to manipulate cardboard to create the product that they wanted. Thank you for giving these tools to my students so that they could become innovators and design there on product. You have made such a difference in my classroom, and I can't wait to use this with future classrooms to build other cardboard projects. It is because of your generosity that I am able to give these experiences to my students. Thank you!!”

Funded Apr 7, 2022Thank you for the iRobot's. It was so much fun teaching my students to write secret messages using the robots. When they were done, we hung them up and the students walked around trying to decode the messages. They loved programming the robots. When we were done with the secret messages the students were given the opportunity to draw complex designs and simple shapes. When I brought it into the 1st grade classroom the students lit up with delight to be able to program it. They programmed it to play music and draw pictures. Thank you again for your generous donation.”

Funded May 3, 2022We are having so much fun building with the planks. We have built bridges and roads for the BeeBot robots to go on. Recently we have been building towers to see how tall we can build them before they knock them off. Today, one of our towers got so tall, we let a kid at a time stand on a chair so they could add blocks to the tower until it got so high that the teacher had to stand on the chair to add blocks. They were so excited to just have fun building with the planks. Another group of students build these elaborate ball ramps and then tested to see if the balls would roll on the ramp. Thank You for giving my students these opportunities. I really appreciate it.”

Funded Mar 25, 2022Thank you so much for all of the craft materials. I was opening the boxes in front of some of my students and they were sharing with me all the things that they could build. A simple jar of buttons had them talking about building a car. I can't wait to do more projects with the students. Prek - K just did some great "Not a Box" projects. They imagined what the box could be and than they build it with different materials. When they were done they presented their box to the class. Next quarter my 2nd graders will be creating models of houses that we can put through a hurricane simulation. There is just so much we can do because of your incredible donation.”

Retro Arcade Coding
Funded Feb 25, 2022My 8th grade students designed arcade games using Makecode Arcade. The students went on Makecode and created a fun arcade game that they thought others would like. They loved getting to play them on the device. Tomorrow the kindergarten students are going to get a chance to play their game. They are so excited to share there games. Thank you for giving my 8th graders the opportunity to create an arcade game. Today they were able to play all the games they made. They were having so much fun. These tools helped the students understand how video games are made. Thank you again.”

Bridging Computer Science with Science
Funded Dec 18, 2021The students had so much fun building their micro pets. The students loved using the felt to give their animals a texture feeling. The pipe cleaners helped many with legs or ears. As you can see in the pictures the projects came out amazing. Another project we made was microbit characters. The students were able to learn how to have a craft project come alive. When you shake their project it would interact with you. I can't wait to do this project again with another class
Thank you for your donation. There is still materials left over so I can do another project with students. I could not have done this project without all of your donations.”

Funded Sep 24, 2021Thank you so much for your generous donation. The q ball has helped my students have a voice. During a time where everyone is always having to wear a mask their voices can be heard by a toss of a ball. Students are engaged in the activity and are excited to interact with everyone while we are tossing the ball. Thank you so much for your wonderful donation to my classroom so that they could have a fun way to engage with each other. This ball will not just be used this year but will be used for many years. Thank you.”
